(Apr. 11) – MED-KED, acronym of the Mediterranean European project Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship Development, is an online summit launched through LinkedIn to support innovative entrepreneurship. The event will be held in Sophia Antipolis, France, to present EmiliaRomagnaStartUp, a network to facilitate the start-up of firms with a high knowledge content. Supported by the Region of Emilia-Romanga and ASTER Consortium, EmiliaRomagnaStartUp is unique in Italy and, in just 8 months, it has already collected the membership of 134 start-ups. The portal offers access to services of 34 different actors in Emilia-Romagna to support the creation of business incubators and enterprise creations, public bodies and specialized centers, and an orientation map that, according to different user needs , gives the start ups the the best direction.
