(May 21) The Italian singer-songwriter will celebrate his forty years next July 12, with a special concert in Monza. And while his new single, “Le scimmie parlanti”, is going to released, Grignani is ready for a tour which will touch the main European cities. After the gig in Monza, in fact, Gianluca Grignani will be on show in London, Paris, Barcelona and Brussels. And yesterday he was in Cuba to receive an award at Cubadisco International 2012. Grignani has been awarded for “Romantico Rock Show” (Sony): his 10th studio album, released on January 29, 2010, was chosen along with 13 other artists from the best music productions in 12 countries from Africa, America and Europe. At Cubadisco 2012 Grignani has been labelled as the “leader of the pop-rock scene in Italy.” (Gil/Peg)
