(May 29) What’s better than a good glass of Italian wine to celebrate the magic of Prague? After today’s stage in Warsaw, the “Borsa dei Vini Italiani” (Wine Exchange) will arrive in the capital city of the Czech Republic. The initiative, at its 30th year, is organized by the Italian Institute for Foreing Trade (ICE) to strengthen trade relations and export of Italian wine and improve the image of Made in Italy. The alcoholic beverage trends in Poland and Czech Republic show “a progressive attention,” says a note from ICE. In Czech Republic, the increase in wine consumption is now around 20 liters per capita, as ICE underlines, and it is closely related to the improving quality of life in recent years. The passion of the Czechs for Italy and his lifestyle has contributed significantly to the spread of Italian products. (Roc/Peg)
