(Jul. 3) – Regione Puglia continues its commitment to rebuild the damaged bridges on the river Kithino. Through the activities of the Law 20/2003 of the Regione Puglia Region “Partenariato per la cooperazione”, 2009 Annual Program, several companies from the Italian region are involved this project, which will be presented next Thursday, in Bari, at the Mediterranean Media, Culture and Tourism Department of Regione Puglia. The workshop ” La realizzazione di un ponte pedonale sul fiume Kitheno nel distretto di Meru Ng’uuru Gakirwe” (The rebuilding of a pedestrian bridge over the river in the district of Meru Kitheno Ng’uuru Gakirwe) will be an opportunity to review the work, now successfully concluded. Also on schedule training workshops on water courses drainage and agricultural issues. At the end of the day, Flavia Chirianni, Director of the Peace, Culture and Relations among People Office of the Regione Puglia, will present “Le reti di cooperazione – Attività dell’Assessorato per le politiche di cooperazione” (Cooperation Networks – Activities of the Cooperation Policy Department).
