(Jul. 18) – A homage to four Italian movie stars: Claudia Cardinale, Gina Lollobrigida, Sophia Loren and Silvana Mangano. This is “4Dive”, an exhibition held from today and until August 3rd at the Korea Foundation Cultural Center Gallery, in Seoul. Organized by the Embassy of Italy in Korea and the Italian Cultural Institute, in collaboration with the Korea Foundation and the Cultural Association Colosseum, the event puts on display 36 original movie posters from the 50s’ and 60s, painted or designed by the most prominent illustrators of the time. “4Dive” also features several original dresses, from Annamode Foundation, that the four stars wore on different sets along their careers. The Allori Foundation has contributed to the exhibition lending several set photos. Finally, a parallel section, called Arazzi delle Dive, features four artworks depicting the single temper of each diva. The four works have been especially created for this event in Seoul, by the artists Salvo Biondo and Paolo Campagnolo, under the common name of CamBio. (Red)
