(Aug. 1) – In line with the actions of the CAM museum of Casoria for the protection of works from its permanent collection, and to reduce the risks that the Italian and European culture are facing for the lack of public and private funds, the exhibition CAMouflage Salzburg is born in Austria, curated by Antonio Manfredi. The event, scheduled for whole August in one of the most beautiful public spaces of Salzburg, the “Der Stadt Galerien Zwerglgartenpavillion Mirabellgarten”, is organized under the patronage of the city of Salzburg and put the spotlights on a particular issue: the future of international public spaces and their use. The message of the exhibition is provocative, given by the perishability of the materials used for the works. In fact, photographs of the international artists invited to put their works on show are printed on large paper poster that will be completely removed and burned at the end of the event. An art in disguise that offers the visitor its not authentic image. (red)
