Italian excellence flies to Russia, proposing great wines, wine tastings, B2B meetings, workshops, master classes: this is the program of “Eccellenze italiane d’oggi” (Italian Excellence Today), event to be held in Moscow from September 12, 2012 to January 8, 2013. In these four months , in fact, Enoteca Italiana will bring to Russia the best of Italian wines. On behalf of the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers, Enoteca Italian will handle the wine bar inside the permanent structure and organize promotional events and meetings with companies and institutions involved. “It is a great satisfaction for us, it emphasizes the role and importance of Italian wines in the world,” explains Fabio Carlesi, secretary general of Enoteca Italiana. “Wine is one of our excellence and the goal of Enoteca Italiana is to bring to Russia the best of our territories, from Val d’Aosta to Pantelleria. If China is considered near, Russia is just around the corner. Over the past eleven years,” continued Carlesi, “Italian food & wine exports increased by 554% and Enoteca Italian, together with Italians producers, is always ready to intercept the need of Made in Italy in the world.
