(Aug. 28) – The Frecce Tricolori are going to represent the Italian Air Force once again. The aerobatic flying team and its historical tradition will in fact color the sky of Slovakia. On September 1 and 2 the Frecce will participate in the Slovak International Air Fest (SIAF), an event dedicated to the aviation industry organized by the Slovak Air Force (SAA). The event, which will take place in the first two days of September, will be hosted in the military base of the Sliač airport, in the autonomous region of Banská Bystrica, and will also see the participation of aerobatic formations from other European countries. The Italian National Aerobatic Flying Team, consisting of 10 Aermacchi MB -339, will propose a program lasting approximately 25 minutes and will be welcomed by the Italian Ambassador to Slovakia, Roberto Martini.
