Oct. 9 – After 100 Italian dates to promote her album “E”, Erica Mou, revelation of last year’s Sanremo Festival with the song “Nella Vasca da Bagno nel Tempo”, begins her European tour. The songwriter from Puglia, only 22 years old, began last October 6 an international minitour that will take her to France, Germany, and the UK. In Paris, she sang at Espace B; in Cologne, she performed at the Italienische Kulturinstitut; and in London she played along other talents from “Puglia Sounds in London” at Koko. Today, she performs in Birmingham at the Kitchen Garden Café. Erica, albeit very young, has already performed abroad: last October she performed alongside Subsonica and Caparezza at Hit Week, the biggest Italian music festival in the United States, which took place in New York, Los Angeles and Miami. Also, Erica has performed in the most prestigious Italian concert venues, including the First of May Roman concert, and the Verona Arena for the Wind Music Awards, where she received the Special Award from Confidustria Cultura Italia Fimi, Pmi, and Afi. She also participated in the Heineken Jammin’ Festival and the Turin MTV Days.
