Nov. 27 – A special three days dedicated to Italian technology in energy saving in plastics processing began yesterday in Cairo, an event part of the cartel operation between ICE – Agency for the promotion and the ‘internationalization of Italian companies, the Ministry of Economic Development and Assocomaplast, National Association of manufacturers of machinery and molds for plastics and rubber. The seminar aims to present so-called “energy saving”
technologies in plastics manufacturing, particularly with regard to the injection process, important topic for Egyptians transformers who wish to enter the highly competitive European markets. More than 120 workers, representing 60 companies, confirmed their participation.
From tomorrow, a training course applied to machinery, involving 50 representatives from business and institutional Egypt will take place in Alexandria, in the Plastic Technology Center – whose operation Agency and Ice Assocomaplast contributed to the professional training in Italy of 150 Egyptian operators. Also part of the agreement is the seminar scheduled in Algiers to present the most advanced Italian technology for the manufacturing of plastics and rubber. The event will include the participation of 11 of the best Italian companies in the sector. During the first session, the companies will carry out technical reports to an audience of 90 companies in Algeria; while in the afternoon there will be custom B2B meetings organized based on the demands of the companies. The next day will consist of organized visits to Algerian companies in the industry.
