(Jan. 11) – The promotional tour of the region of Sardinia continues in Europe. After the participation in the Reiseliv, in Oslo, the Italian region will be on show for more than a week – from tomorrow and until January 20th – in Stuttgart during the Caravan Motor Touristik. Operators accredited by the Tourism Department through the agency Sardegna Promozione will put on show the holiday offer of the region in the Enit Italia pavilion, together with German tour operators selling the destination Sardinia. The prestigious German show is open both to professionals and the public, attended by around 2,000 exhibitors from nearly 100 countries. It is the most important international event dedicate to RV’s and caravans. This is the first German tourism fair, in order of time (followed by Munich in February and Berlin in March) in which the region of Sardinia is a real protagonist. Last year about, 200,000 visitors have took part in the event, crowding 100,000 sqm of pavilions over the nine days of the fair, more than 1,000 journalists were accredited. The 2013 edition is expected to reach similar numbers. (Red)
