Jan. 22 – “This is a new, beautiful and great opportunity for the global promotion of Liguria,” says Angelo Berlangieri, Regional Councilor for Tourism of the Liguria Region, commenting on the presentation – in world premiere – of the movie “Love in Portofino”.
The film – 82 min. taken from Bocelli’s August concert in Portofino – was screened at Cineworld London, in Piccadilly. After the London leg, the film will open in numerous countries on Valentine’s Day. The London preview, which took place last night, was attended by Tourism Delegate of Portofino, Roberto Viacava, who also represented the Liguria Region. “Love in Portofino” stars Bocelli’s voice as well as the city’s natural scenery, which served as the stage for the concert organized by Sugar Music and recorded by the American public television PBS. “Love in Portofino” is destined to repeat the success of Andrea Bocelli’s previous production in Central Park, New York.
