May 31 – The art of wine and visual arts come together in one of the most fashionable and chic cities in the world: Paris. On June 14-15, Le Paradis Purgatoire 54″ the 19th century open space building, will host a cuisine atelier and a contemporary art gallery with Italian-born chef Alain Cirelli. “GustItaliano-sensory experience of the beautiful country” aims to create a common thread between the arts and Italian food and wine, stimulating the five senses of the audience. Paolo Tegoni is one of the event’s promoters; a professional sommelier and consultant for Antica Corte Pallavicina in Polesine Parmense, Tegoni will become ambassador of the products on offer. Tegoni selected these products with the help of Accademia delle 5T, a cultural movement that is responsible for identifying authentic Italian-food producing companies. During the event of Friday, June 14, the Italian artist and photographer Mauro Balletti will present his work. On Saturday 15 the atelier will remain open all day, from 11am to 7pm.
