The shells then will be part of a traveling exhibition that from Paris will visit the main capitals of the world. Finally, once the exhibition comes to an end, the paintings will be auctioned off to fund Les Toiles enchantées, an association created in 1997, represented by actor and French director Alain Chabat, that offers hospitalized children and adolescents a chance to see the latest movies. Before Calimero, the association collaborated with Tim Burton, Vanessa Paradis, Celine Dion and Jodie Foster.
