June 18 – “Italy meets Caucasus” is the name of the 5th edition of the business mission in the Caucasus region for Italian economic operators who want to explore the local territory, economy and institutions. The mission, organized by Fiera Milano Russia in collaboration with the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, is sponsored by the Honorary Consulate-General in the South of Russia and the North Caucasus. It’s aim is to involve companies operating in the fields of agriculture, livestock and food processing, tourism, development of thermal areas and mountainous areas, energy (with a focus on renewable energy and hydropower), chemicals and petrochemicals, construction and interior design, contracting, and management. The mission will visit several cities in the great region between Asia and Europe: the first event will be held in Stavropol, and then the mission will move to Nevinnomyssk, Kislovodsk and Kabardino-Balkharia.
