June 28 – Italy’s participation in Fancy Food will yet again be the most important foreign presence in terms of both size and number of participants, with an exhibition area of about 2,800 m2 and over 300 exhibitors. Fancy Food, today in its 59th edition, will be held from Sunday, July 2 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York. Approximately 28.000 operators visit the biggest food fair of the Americas, according to estimates. The event is specialized and open only to professional visitors, including importers, distributors, press, brokers, manufacturers, restaurants, catering, cooking schools, consultants, specialists in the food industry and foodservice hotel.
