Erica Mou, real name Erica Musci, was born 23 years ago in Bisceglie, in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani. Today, the Apulian singer-songwriter is ready to conquer the States. She is definitely one of the most interesting Italian singer-songwriters. After the success of a summer tour, she lands overseas, where she will be protagonist in concerts and also workshops: the Italian singer will make a stop in San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles. Her tour will kick off tomorrow at the 50 Mason Social House, one of the most popular wine-bar in San Francisco, where every night live music is the protagonist with concerts and performances of local independent. Erica – who has already performed on some of the most important stages of the Italian and European music circuit, from the Sanremo Festival to the Sziget Festival – will play songs from her new album, “Contro le Onde (Against the Waves)”, published on May 28th. In her latest release, she experiments and invents, with attention to new sound, especially for electro-rock, as it’s proved by the collaboration with David Dileo, aka Boosta, from Subsonica, who oversaw the production of the whole album and signed the music of two songs.
