Nov. 5 – The new Sovrani Collection will make its official entrance into the world markets in Hong Kong. The gift articles company will present its new decanters and goblets at the Wine & Spirits Fair, the international wine fair to be held November 7-9. The new line is entirely produced in Italy with a special process that enhances wine taste and flavor, exalting its organoleptic characteristics and protecting it from oxygen. At the Chinese fair, Sovrani will also announce a collaboration with the famous Italian sommelier Luca Gardini, voted world’s best sommelier in 2011 and Italian world ambassador.
