Nov. 7 – Mercedes business restaurants serve the 40,000 employees of the car company based in Sindelfingen, Germany. And, for just a few days, it will offer a special menu based on delicacies from Valtellina: tagliatelle with mushroom sauce and pink dried beef, shallot risotto with Scimudin, rocket salad and balsamic sauce, pizzocheri with butter beets and Valtellina Casera, chestnut tagliatelle with Hokkaido pumpkin, roasted pumpkin seeds, Bitto and blueberries, in addition to bresaola with rocket salad and parmesan cheese. The dishes were selected from Mercedes chefs from a wide range of offers put forth by the Chamber of Commerce of Sondrio, as part of the trade mission organized by the Chamber in Sindelfingen that will end tomorrow.
