Nov. 21 – Emilia Romagna and Vojvodina are a bit closer together, as a collaboration between the Region and the Serbian Autonomous Province to promote economic exchange and trade kicks off. Particularly concerned is the agri-food sector, as the major industry trade shows are ready to welcome their guests: Macfrut , Sana, Cibus Cibus Tech and ECOMONDO. “We have agreed to organize in 2014 a series of business meetings between Vojvodina and Emilia -Romagna companies that will take place during the major international food fairs planned in our region,” said the regional councilor for Agriculture, Tiberio Rabboni, during a meeting with a Serbian institutional and entrepreneurial delegation. “It is for our companies an exciting opportunity, because Serbia is a particularly dynamic economy and a bridge to Russia and the rest of the Balkans.” The Serbian mission in Emilia -Romagna was organized by Confindustria Emilia-Romagna and led by Milan Ristic, from the Ministry of Finance of Serbia, and Branislav Bugarski, Department of Interregional Cooperation of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
