Dec. 17 – There’s a corner of Sicily in Switzerland: from February, Lausanne will host tastings of the region’s very best food and wine products. The event promotes the region and its territory, its products and flavors… Organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland and the Messina Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Mondimpresa, the event will take place at the Palace Hotel on Feb. 10. A selected 15 Sicilian companies active in the local food and wine sectors will display their products for the participants’ satisfaction. A first half of the event will be reserved to professionals of the sector; later the doors will be opened to the public and members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce.
