Jan. 27 – “Remembering Massimo Troisi” is a tribute to the Naples-native Italian actor, comedian and director. After 20 years since his death, Barcelona pays tribute to the artist with a special film review: “Ricomincio da tre” will be screened at 7pm at Casa degli italiani. The film is Troisi’s first as director, and came after the outstanding theatrical success of “La Smorfia”. With Lello Arena and Enzo Decaro, “Ricomincio da tre” is considered Troisi’s first production, which also awarded him the David di Donatello in 1981 for Best Film and Best Male Performance. Tomorrow, the Casa will screen “Non ci resta che piangere”, while on Wednesday, “Pensavo fosse amore e invece era un calesse”.
