Tokyo – Tokyo is hosting, on 17 May, the “Italian Olive Oil Day” and the award ceremony for the 2nd Joop competition (Japan Olive Oil Prize). Organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, the competition aims to reward Italian companies that have distinguished themselves in Japan for both product quality and their commitment to promote in Japan among consumers and industry players the image of extra virgin olive oil, the emblem of Italian excellence in the food sector.
