May 28 – The Italian Cultural Institute in Cologne is set to host a photo exhibition on Italy’s “Rural Historic Landscapes” June 3-24. The exhibition – organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry – narrates a fascinating and surprising Italy, and its heritage of incomparable landscapes forged by man over centuries, representative of the many civilizations that have left imprints on its territories. “These are – as noted by the Italian Cultural Institute in Cologne – an exceptional wealth, an expression of cultural identity and the image of our country in the world.” ( Gil )
