Bordeaux – “Les Citadelles du Vin” is organized during Vinexpo, which brings to Bordeaux 50 international sommeliers to choose the best wines among those presented by the 1,200 participants from over 30 countries. During the 14th edition, which just ended, the Maria Costanza Rosso 2007 of the G. Milazzo vineyards in Campobello di Licata (Agrigento) achieved the highest score, obtaining the “Prix Spécial.” “Having brought a Sicilian wine at the top of an international competition is a source of great pride” declares Giusepping Milazzo, vice president of the company.
