Ottawa – Gruppo Campari announces the successful completion of the acquisition of Forty Creek Distillery Ltd., a leading spirits company in Canada, owner of a portfolio of premium and fast growing Canadian whiskies. The final Enterprise Value is CAD 198.2 million (€ 133.7 million at the exchange rate at the acquisition closing date), including the price adjustment.
