Santiago – Astaldi Group has been awarded the concession contract for construction and operation of the new Ospedale Metropolitano Occidente in Santiago, Chile. The total investment amounts to EUR 236 million, of which EUR 151 million for construction activities. The contract includes the desing, financing and construction, as well as operation of commercial and non-medical services. The new hospital will have 10 floors and will offer 523 nbeds and 599 car parks for a total surface area of 120,000 sqm. The contract also includes the supply and maintenance of electromedical equipment and furniture. (9colonne)
