Brussels – The 2014 edition of the Summer School in Cooperation and Development, organized every year by the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce, will take place in the middle weeks of July in the Belgian capital. The objective of the Summer School is to familiarize participants with the analytical tools and practical fundamentals of European policies in the field of development and cooperation, and the main European Commission programs. The 70 hours of lectures will be held at the Training Center of the Chamber of Commerce. This year, the Chamber of Commerce will also offer scholarships to two of the participants for a three-month cooperation experience. The period will be spent in either the Salesian mission in Ecuador, or at the UNRIC, the Regional Centre of Information of the United Nations, in Brussels. (9Colonne)
