Toronto – The wine house Ornellaia di Bolgheri, in Livorno, has donated 86,000 euros to the Art Gallery of Ontario, headquartered in Toronto. The amount comes from the auction of 8 special bottles created by the Canadian Rodney Graham to interpret “The Infinite,” protagonist of the 2011 grape harvest, as part of the project “Vendemmio d’Artista”, through which Ornellaia promotes cultural patronage. The project, in its sixth year, has collected and donated more than 1 million euros to foundations all over the world: from the Whitney Museum in New York to the Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin, from the Royal Opera House in London to the Poldi Pezzoli Museum in Milan.
