Asmara – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has given notice of the appointment of Stefano Pontesilli as new Italian Ambassador in Asmara. Stefano Pontesilli started his diplomatic service in 1990 and began his professional career at the Directorate General for Economic Affairs at the Foreign Ministry, where he worked until 1992, the year in which he began to work in the Service for Legal Affairs, Diplomatic Disputes and International Agreements.
