July 15 – Music, theater, opera, and literature make up the rich and varied program of the “Day of Italian Artists in Bavaria,” which will take place on Friday, July 18 at the Italian Cultural Institute. The event is open to the public, and is organized to celebrate the beginning of the Italian Presidency at the Council of the European Union. The IIC organized the event in collaboration with the cultural association “Forum Italian eV” and Munich’s COMITES. The event will open at noon in the presence of the Director of the Italian Institute of Culture, Giovanna Gruber, the Consul General of Italy, Filippo Scammacca Del Murgo, the chairman of Comites, Claudio Cumani, and the Vice-President of “Italian Forum eV”, Mauro Ricci.
