Aug. 29 – The Makers Faire NYC fair takes place in New York September 20-2. It’s the most important showcase in the world dedicated to innovation, creativity and “do it yourself”. The ICE Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian firms, has organized Italy’s first collective participation in the show thanks to a partnership with Asset Camera. The Makers Faire is organized and sponsored by Make magazine, with the support of over 40 corporate sponsors including Ford, Motorola, Microsoft, NASA and AutoDesk. The ICE Agency will organize the Italian Pavilion to showcase Italian excellence for start-ups, incubators and 3D printers. Also, the ICE will ensure visibility through appropriate communication actions. A few days later, on October 3-5, there will be the Maker Faire Rome, the largest European exhibition dedicated to innovation, creativity and know-how. (Red)
