(Oct. 6) The 2011 – the 105th anniversary of the Unification of Italy – is now behind us but it certainly has not run out the need to reflect upon the Risorgimento, on the crucial issues of the past that could help reading our present. “We have made Italy. Now we must make Italians. Current events and crises of the aphorism by D’Azeglio in contemporary Italy” is the title of the conference that Francesco Di Donato (University of Naples) will held on October 9 at 6:30 pm at the Italian Cultural Institute in Buenos Aires.
