New York – The Wine Spectator celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Italian Grandi Marchi Institute, with a special event at the New York Wine Experience. The most important event in the world of the wine industry is dedicating, on 17 October, a luncheon to the top 19 brands of Italian wines, with over 800 participants between the press and wine lovers. It’s the first time in the history of the New York event that the Wine Spectator reserves a special space to Italian companies, grouped in a single association. “In these 10 years – quotes the special issue that will be published for the occasion – the Institute has worked tirelessly to support the knowledge, quality and uniqueness of Italian wine production. The union of these 19 ‘visionary’ producers helped improve the ranking of Italian wine both in established and emerging markets.” (9Colonne)
