Washington – Cafe Milano in Washington DC will host the 2014 edition of the Italian Excellence Award tomorrow. Asmef, Mezzogiorno Futuro association, chaired by Salvo Iavarone, works on the subject of the history of Italian migration through the Festival “Giornate dell’Emigrazione”, and is sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the Campania Region. The association was included in the organizing committee for the Prize, and will be represented by Massimo Lucidi, who already participated in international missions. This year, the Industry Award will go to Ambrosi SpA; the Culture Award to International Art Broker; the Services Award to Luciano Ponzi; and the Craftsmanship Award to Luna Caprese. Foreign Affairs Minister Federica Mogherini is expected to send a message on occasion of the ceremony. (9Colonne)
