(Dec 2) On January 10, the duo Biondi & Brunialti will perform a piano recital Saturday at the Dvorák Hall of the Rudolfinum, in Prague. Paola Biondi and Debora Brunialti will play music by Francis Poulenc, Claude Debussy, Giovanni Sollima and George Gershwin. The two musicians have studied at the Conservatory of Genoa with Lidia Arcuri. They played for the most important festival and national associations and their repertoire ranges from classical and romantic to contemporary composers. In Prague, they will also present a composition written 15 years ago by their fellow citizen Giovanni Sollima. The concert will take place within a cycle of concerts of the Fok (the Prague Symphony Orchestra) under the patronage of the Italian Ambassador in the Czech Republic, Aldo Amati, and in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague.
