Sofia – Bulgaria opened two public tenders via the national company “Strategic Infrastructure Projects” for construction work on two sections of the “Struma”. The tenders saw the participation of two Italian companies: Società italiana per condotte d’acqua S.p.A. (Rome) and Serenissima Costruzioni S.p.A. (Verona). After a first pre-qualification phase, in 2015 the client will invite candidates to submit their offers. The selection criteria include economic viability; the maximum tie for completing the work is 42 months. (9Colonne)
