Dec. 26 – After living for years in the US, successfully carrying out their commercial activities, Paolo and Giuseppe are now ready for a new adventure. Paolo Volpati-Kedra, a Milan-native who has been living in Boston for the past 21 years, is CEO of Sauces ’n Love since 2000, a sauce company he founded in Lynn. Paolo’s business manufactures and sells five lines of food products , as well as many other products for third parties. Giuseppe Taibi, a computer and food enthusiast, creates innovative applications and online services by day and imports Taibi olive oil, produced by his family in Agrigento, by night. Paolo and Giuseppe have a new dream: to sell high quality food crafted by Italian companies to the American public. Together, they established Artisan Batch, which provides intelligent and exclusive access to the US market to Italian artisans who share a strong passion for quality and authenticity. The Italian Artisans’ Union has decided to support their project by appealing to craftsmen in the industry who follow regional traditions and make high quality products.
