Dec. 30 – Internationalization is the slogan chosen for 2015 by the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia, as the Province is about to reach its record for the Chamber resources made available for the internationalization of Reggio enterprises and their promotion around the world. “It amounts to €1.5 million – points out the president of the Chamber of Commerce, Stefano Landi – to increase the presence of Reggio Emilia companies on those markets that in 2013 generated €8.6 billion for our economy, a record that almost certainly will be overtaken as soon as we receive data on 2014 sales. We are currently – continues Landi – in a very favorable trend that should be further consolidated, aiming primarily to extend the number of companies that have foreign relations. We strive to use these new resources for their participation in exhibitions and international fairs, increasing incoming actions that this year saw us interact with many foreign countries and in favor of some of the leading sectors of our economy.” (Gil)
