Madrid – The European Ministerial Conference of Friends of Industry meets tomorrow in Madrid. The meeting will discuss relevant steps towards the implementation of an effective EU industrial by strengthening the decision-making processes within the Competitiveness Council. Another discussion topic will be the contribution to European competitiveness of the Junker Plan on investments and the digital economy. The Italian Minister of Economic Development Federica Guidi will attend. At the end of the meeting, the group is expected to approve a joint declaration, and hold a press conference. (9Colonne)
