Mexico City – SuperJet International, a joint venture between Finmeccanica-Alenia Aermacchi and Sukhoi Holding, signed a contract worth $350 million (over €310 million) with the Mexican airline Interjet to deliver a 10 Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100). This brings to 30 the SSJ100 ordered by the Mexican company, the first Western customer ever to order and operate the aircraft. Delivery of the first 20 SSJ100 to Interjet will be completed by the end of this year, while the additional ten units will be delivered by the end of 2016. (9Colonne)
