Mar. 5 – Emigration: for some it’s a necessity, for others a wish. Either way, for those who choose to move to Australia, now there is one more tool to receive information and advice on study and work programs, and help design a better life Down Under. Based in Melbourne, the new tool is called Just Australia, and it’s the first information point created by two Italians: Ilaria, a journalist, and Stefano, a businessman – both from Udine, who exactly one year ago decided to move to 16 thousand kilometers from home. The two professionals left Italy with a project and the desire to change their lives. The service they offer is free for users, because Just Australia has an agreement with a number of schools and institutions across Australia and receives a fee from those it represents. In addition, there are a number of sponsors who believe in the project, such as the Italian travel agency Spada Viaggi, based in Udine and international ticketing, which is now offering discounted prices and services to Just Australia’s clients. But all success stories start with a challenge. “The obstacles we initially encountered made us stronger and even more convinced of our project – explains Ilaria – and we started working to implement our project. We worked day and night to create a company that in just a few days was already functioning. Now we have a series of major collaborations in Australia and Italy, with schools, agencies, law firms, banks, travel agencies, and health insurance companies. We try to offer the best package suited to each individual, depending on their profession, age, marital status, budget, time available and passions. In addition, we offer to file the first bureaucratic information for newcomers for free: tax file number, CV in English, opening a bank account, assistance in finding work and a home, thanks to a number of Australian companies with which we are cooperating. We also work closely with a migration agent, which helps us better service the young and not so young who contact us. Everyone wants to go and explore Australia: graduates, families, friends, retirees and professionals from all sectors come to us.” (Cle)
