Algeria – An agreement between the Italian Ducati Energia and the Algerian public group Elec El Djazair established a joint venture specializing in the production of capacitors. The MoU was recently signed in Algiers in the presence of the Algerian Minister of Industry and Mines Abdeslam Bouchouareb, and the Italian Ambassador Michele Giacomelli. The Algerian Minister said he was convinced that the technical synergies and team spirit will enable the new joint venture to have safe and durable successes, as well as bring concrete advantages to both parties.
