Pristina – The High Level Talks of COMKFOR, within the Military Technical Agrimeent also known as the Kumanovo Agreement, continue with the Commander of the Kosovo Force (KFOR), Division General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo. Figliuolo traveled to Serbia to meet with the Serbian Chief of Defence, General Ljubisa Dikovic. During the visit, the importance of cooperation as a guiding principle of action was stressed to ensure the safety and the stability of the entire Balkan area. General Figliuolo showed highlighted how the perceived security in Kosovo is to be attributed to the ongoing dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and the current relationship between all actors in the area, including the representatives of the international community. Figliuolo confirmed NATO’s commitment in contributing to the maintenance of security and freedom of movement in the region, conditions necessary for the complete normalization of the situation in Kosovo.
