Melbourne – The Italian Cultural Institute in Melbourne recently hosted the presentation of the “Guide to Australian company law”, which explains the first steps that a business owner may take in the State of Victoria. The Guide was sponsored by the Consulate General of Italy and developed by lawyer Giovanni Di Lieto. The text – dedicated to “all Italians with initiative” – wants to explain the general legal framework in which a new entrepreneur has to operate, offering a range of practical information on the tax system, loans, and immigration rules for foreign entrepreneurs.
