Valletta – In recent days, the Italian Institute of Culture in Valletta presented the book “Pietro Parisi. Un cuoco contadino. I volti della terra.” The author kicked off the debate alongside the director of the Institute, Salvatore Schirmo, the secretary general of the Comunità Radiotelevisiva Italofona, Loredana Cornero. The book is the first by the chef from Palma Campania (Naples), who has worked in France and the UAE after training with the same international cuisine of Alain Ducasse and Gualtiero Marchesi.
