Buenos Aires – On Europe Day, which falls on May 9, the Festival of European Cinema returns to Buenos Aires, where it will remain from tomorrow until Sunday, May 17. The exhibition, now its twelfth edition, is co-organized by the EU Delegation in Argentina, the Alliance Française and the Italian Cultural Institute, in collaboration with the embassies of EU member states. Each film, one per participating country, will be screened in the auditorium of the Alliance Française, the Italian Cultural Institute and at the space cinema “Kino Palais” of the Palais de Glace. All films are subtitled in Spanish. The film representing Italy is ” L’ultima ruota del carro “, a comedy by Giovanni Veronesi (starring Elio Germano, Ricky Memphis, Alessandra Mastronardi, Virginia Raffaele, and Ubaldo Pantani) released in 2013.
