June 25, 2015 – Three musicians will represent Italy in the 29th edition of the International Guitar Festival of Mikulov, in the Czech Republic, which takes place July 5-11. Thanks to the support of the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague, the three musicians are: Andrea de Vitis, Adriano Del Sal and Gabriele Lodi. De Vitis, winner of the International Competition Forum Gitarre Wien 2014, will perform on Tuesday, July 7 around 5pm at the “Nástupní” hall in Castle Mikulov. In the same place, on Friday, July 10 at 8.20om, Del Sal takes the stage, one of the most important artists of this generation, winner of the “Golden Guitar” in 2003 as best international concert artist. Del Sal will also hold master classes on July 6, 7, 9 and 11 from 9 am to 12.30 pm. Lodi, guitar builder and restorer of historical musical instruments, will instead hold a seminar on “The guitar through the ages: from the romantic to modern guitar” on July 7, 9 and 10 from 1.30pm to 3pm.
