Karlovy Vary – 3-11 July sees the 50th edition of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival take place in the famous spa town of Western Bohemia. The event is organized by the Film Servis Festival Karlovy Vary, based in Prague. Representing Italy, the film in competition, in co-production with Greece, is “Antonia” by Ferdinando Cito Filomarino. Italian cinema is present this year with fifteen films, in a number of sections and a wide participation of guests, including Alba Rohrwacher, Saverio Costanzo and Ferdinando Cito Filomarino.
