Sydney – Don Harwin MLC, newly re-elected President of the Senate of the State of New South Wales, in Australia, has decided to spend the first of his six-week long vacation – granted by the Australian Parliament to the incumbent after the elections – in Puglia. Harwin was received yesterday by the Region representatives. Accompanied by the president of Puglia’s entrepreneurs in Australia, Felice Montrone, Harwin wanted to personally visit the land from which “Puglia’s Australians” come. These have now reached the third generation, and constitute the second community in country. Harwin’s meetings will continue in Lecce, where he has visits scheduled with Salento’s institutional and industrial representatives. (9Colonne)
